Lotions For Less is not approved by nor authorized by any manufacturer or distributor to sell any of the products for sale on this website. The images and product names used in this web site are for identification purposes only. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Damaged Item / Shipping Time
Lotions for Less guarantees all lotions leave packed securely in new, unopened condition. Once items have been labeled for shipping and give a designated tracking number they are then in the possession of the USPS and we are no longer liable for any lost or damaged packages. For this reason shipping insurance is offered and highly recommended. Regrettably if insurance is not purchased at the time of order, Lotions For Less and USPS is unable to honor any requests to be compensated for (a) damaged item(s). If insurance is purchased and an item(s) arrives damaged, you must notify us withing 24 hours of receiving the item. We will ask for pictures of the item and packaging for the claim. When purchasing, please make sure you select the correct amount to cover the value of your lotion or not all items will be covered.

In-stocks / Shipping Time
At Lotions-for-Less we pride ourselves on quick turn around time on orders. Lotions usually ship within 2 business days or sooner after being processed, and are delivered by 2-3 day Priority Mail. There are however circumstances that can delay the arrival of your lotion, one of these circumstances being the depletion of stock or back order of a product. Additional stock usually arrives within 2 business days, however can take up to 2 weeks if back ordered. These are both rare occurrences, but are possibilities during our busiest seasons. Lotions-for-Less will make every effort to inform customers of these occurrences in relationship to their order. Please take the possibility of these occurrences into account when placing your order.

Contact Forms / Customer Service Line
For fastest service use the contact us form on our website or the live help when available. When sending a contact us form or leaving a message on the customer service line, please understand that it may take up to 24 hours to receive a reply during our busiest seasons. Please know that all service representatives are working diligently to get to your questions and comments and then to answer them as best as possible.

Definitions

The referrer is the URL of the Internet resource or page that causes a browser to request a page or image from our servers.

Return policy
There are no refunds on any products that we sell, only exchanges. All sales are final. You may return your purchase if you are not completely satisfied for exchange of equal or lesser value within 10 days of the original purchase. All products must be returned in non-used re-saleable condition. You must obtain a return authorization number from Lotions-For-Less to exchange any product. This number can be obtained by sending an email to support@lotions-for-less.com. Products will not be accepted for return without this number. Customer will also be responsible for all shipping charges. Instructions on where to return the merchandise will be included along with your return authorization number via email.

Liability
We reserve the right to substitute one product for another due to availability or the item being discontinued by the manufacturer. Lotions For Less will not be liable for any or consequential damages that result from the use of this site or its products. By using this site I hereby release Lotions For Less, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, successors and assigns from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may occur due to the use of these products, or this site. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
